Conditions of return
- Any unwanted items must be returned and received by us within 30 days of your delivery date.
- The condition of the item(s) you wish to return needs to be new, unused, and in its original packaging, as it was received by you.
- Original shoe boxes and other packaging containers must also be returned undamaged and in an unused condition as these are considered a part of the product.
- When trying on an item please ensure it does not come into contact with perfumes, sprays, creams or other substances and be please make sure to try on shoes footwear is tried on a clean soft indoor surface.
- Please note bottles, dummies, headbands and hairclips are only returnable if not worn and are in their sealed packaging where applicable.
